Larry DeFeo, CMC, CSA
President, Ladd Mortgage, LLC
Since Larry DeFeo founded Ladd Mortgage, LLC in 1987, the company has grown into one of Connecticut's leading mortgage lending firms. Today, Ladd Mortgage and its 12 employees work with numerous borrowers each month offering products ranging from first time homebuyer's programs to reverse mortgages.
As a Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC), Larry is recognized as a highly trained, well educated leader in the mortgage origination and finance field. Larry earned his CMC through a written, college-level examination and through documenting his high level of mortgage experience, education, industry participation and leadership.
In 2007, Larry completed an intensive study program to qualify for the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. The CSA enables Larry to work more effectively with senior clients – helping older adults to make aging a state to be savored instead of a fate to be feared.
Larry holds a B.A. in sociology from Holy Cross College and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Hartford. He lives in Avon, Connecticut with his “bride” of 20+ years, Pam. The DeFeos have two nearly perfect children. |
